I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sandvilla Guesthouse. Josephine was a delightful host, providing a very friendly welcome. The room was immaculate, quiet, and offered all the amenities we could ask for, making for a comfortable stay in Oban.

The guesthouse was conveniently located near the

harbor, making it easy to explore the area. Josephine's welcoming nature made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the sloping ceilings in the attic rooms were a bit challenging for taller guests.

We loved our stay! The kids enjoyed the mini fridge filled with snacks, and the room was beautifully decorated. Josephine's hospitality made us feel at home, and the location was perfect for exploring Oban with young children. A definite win for family-friendly lodging!

the lovely host was indeed warm, how sad it is that my room didn’t come with a complimentary upgrade, because how could I not deserve it? also, sharing restroom facilities was too rough for a weekend getaway. honestly, I almost wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn’t with these major inconveniences!

The ground floor room offered a lovely view of the small patio adorned with flowers, creating a serene atmosphere. With an abundance of electrical outlets and a mini fridge stocked for convenience, all necessary amenities were thoughtfully provided. While the complementary toiletries and the nice shower room enhanced the stay, the bathroom door could be a little tricky to maneuver. The warm welcome from our host made us feel right at home despite the limited breakfast options available.

What a lovely place to unwind! The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and had a nice little fridge for our drinks. The only small hiccup was getting the shower door closed, but it didn’t take away from our great experience. Definitely take advantage of the charming patio and delicious breakfast options! 😊
